Service to develop a roadmap to implement the Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP) of the API under the auspices of ONECCA-Togo

PAFA is inviting Proposals from Consultants familiar with the accountancy profession and public sector in French-speaking countries in Africa to render the service as set forth in the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).  Fluency in French and English is a requirement.

Service providers should carefully review the RFP and ToR before deciding whether to submit a proposal. A proposal should be submitted only if the service provider can perform the service if selected.
