PAFA membership is a regionally recognised hallmark of a PAO sustaining or working towards sustainability, relevance and credibility. It also demonstrates a PAO’s commitment to international standards and best practices, and to serving the public interest.

Membership

PAFA’s membership comprises 56 PAOs in 45 countries. As our most important stakeholders, they guide our strategy, steer our agenda, and contribute resources to support the profession in Africa.

  • Realise quality and mobility for accountancy professionals
  • Ultimately become members of the International Federation of Accountants

Our member organisations help shape the voice of the accountancy profession in Africa. Through PAFA, they play a key role in continental and international dialogue on issues of interest to or affecting the accountancy profession.
