A new Memorandum of Understanding between PAFA and the Arab Federation of Accountants and Auditors will enable the organisations to work beyond regional borders to connect the accountancy profession in a more global way. The MOU will strengthen collaboration in strategic areas of mutual interest, including supporting professional accountancy organisations on their journey to membership of the International Federation of Accountants, expanding the African Professionalisation Initiative to include Arabic-speaking countries in North Africa and beyond, and advancing audit quality.
